Surgery telephone service absolutely useless all options answered by same staff regardless of option pressed? can be on hold for over 30 minutes regardless of what time to get same excuse every time :( doctors are unhelpful & manipulative. Actually has to many patients so all suffering. Its all a front & the doctors ive come across are untrustworthy & from experience lie among themselves to cover there own backs when they dont follow there own procedures. & reception staff are just as unhelpful
Sam the receptionist on duty today refused to greet me as their patient on arrival at the front desk, even though I pointed this out. It felt as if I was at some sort of check-out desk in a local shop rather than my GO surgery. Very unfriendly. And dismissive.
Cannot fault this surgery they are always kind and considerate. I telephoned for appointment at 8am today and was seen by a lovely lady doctor at 9.45 who gave me antibiotics for a chest infection.Thankyou
Great doctors, easy to get an appointment on the day if you call in early
Don't expect staff to answer the phone in the morning. You are better off queuing at the surgery early morning. Written request for prescription is sometimes not done.GP don't bother telling you why they have rejected your prescription and ignores your request for a call back. Will change surgery soon.
